1. To enable youth to get their chances in proper vocation. 

• A technical market study. 
• Technical capacity for youth is developed. 
• Youth are guided to labor. 

2. To create jobs for youth graduates in services and private sectors.

• Jobs for youth graduates in NGOs sector and private sector. 
• Youth entrepreneurs are trained on small enterprises.
• Funding a group of small innovative youth enterprises.  

3. To contribute to enhancement of Palestinian youth and families economic situations. 

• Provision of aids to poor and marginalized families. 
• Number of youth are employed temporarily.
