Y Peer Members Conduct Awareness Workshop about Gender Based Violence

Y Peer members conducted an awareness workshop about gender based violence as a practical output of Advance Peer Education Training that was implemented last June.

The two-hour workshop targeted 30 youth of both genders, where it covered all topics related to gender based violence.

During the workshop, the participants were involved in open discussions, where they expressed their opinions about gender issues.

At the end of the workshop, the participants expressed their satisfaction on the knowledge they gained during the workshop and explained how much important involving youth is.

نفذ أعضاء شبكة تثقيف الأقران ورشة عمل حول موضوع العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي وذلك كمخرج عملي لتدريب إعداد المدربين الذي تم تنفيذه في شهر يونيو الماضي.

واستهدفت الورشة التي استمرت لمدة ساعتين ثلاثين شاب وشابة من طلاب الجامعة.

وفي نهاية الورشة عبر المشاركون عن رضاهم حول المعلومات التي تلقوها خلال ورشة العمل وبينوا مدى أهمية اشراك الشباب في مثل هذه الورشات.
